We are located in the beautiful village of Corbera de Llobregat, a thousand-year-old village 350 metres above sea level. Surrounded by nature, in a privileged location a few kilometres from Barcelona, we enjoy an environment that is a refuge for the local fauna and flora and which we must conserve and care for.

Surroundings

Corbera de Llobregat has a rich natural and cultural heritage that is well worth a visit. Can Fisa is a ‘Tourist Information Point’, so from the hotel reception, we can inform you about visits and activities in the area.

  • The old quarter of Corbera de Llobregat. The origins of the town date back to the year 992, when the first written document appeared, and as we stroll through the historic centre we find a setting of emblematic buildings that take us back to the Middle Ages. The church of Santa María de Corbera has altarpieces and images from the 12th to the 15th century.
  • L'Avançada and the Penya del Corb. This is a rocky formation of red stone eroded by the weather and water that has become the physical symbol of Corbera.
  • Romanesque Monastery of Sant Ponç de Corbera. This is an 11th century Lombard Romanesque monastery of great beauty and historical value, of which only its church has survived to the present day. It is considered one of the most interesting Romanesque buildings in Catalonia.
  • Catalonia in Miniature. Located in Torrelles de Llobregat, 19 km from Corbera, it is a miniature cultural tourist complex declared an Asset of National Tourist Interest. It is one of the largest miniature parks in Europe.
  • Colonia Güell - Gaudí Crypt. Located in Santa Coloma de Cervelló, 15 km from Corbera, we find the Colonia Güell, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. The crypt of the church, designed by Antonio Gaudí, was the ‘laboratory’ in which the brilliant architect was inspired to look for solutions that he would later apply to the Sagrada Familia. The Gaudí Crypt is a must-see for lovers of Gaudí's techniques.
  • Wine and cava cellars. Corbera de Llobregat belongs to the wine-growing area with the Penedès Designation of Origin. 34 km away is the birthplace of cava, the town of Vilafranca del Penedès, where there are many wineries that offer guided tours.
  • Montserrat. Located 43 km away, Montserrat is a unique and extraordinary mountain, a sanctuary and a monastery. A magical place that combines spirituality, culture and nature.
  • Barcelona. All the cultural and leisure offer of Barcelona just 19 km away.

  • Outdoor activities: Immerse yourself in the forests and trails that surround us. Leaving on foot from the hotel you can enjoy forest bathing, hiking, cycling, along signposted routes for all levels.
  • Cinc Cims. Every year the ‘Cinc Cims’ race is held, a race that attracts national and international runners.
  • Pessebre Vivent. Corbera de Llobregat is the birthplace of the ‘Pessebre Vivent’, a living nativity scene more than 60 years old, in which some 300 volunteer actors from the village perform. Located in the mountains of Corbera, it welcomes thousands of visitors every year. A spectacle not to be missed.
  • "El Bosc Animat". In Torrelles de Llobregat, 19 km from Corbera, we find this park ideal for children and adults. Activities among the trees in four adventure circuits with different levels of difficulty, supervised by specialised instructors.
